Chris is saved by the Angel of Destiny who tells him that his work isn't finished yet. Chris is brought to New York and given a new identity and a charge. He becomes Neal Caffrey. Elizabeth Burke is a witch whose Whitelighter was killed by a Darklighter arrow. Chris as Neal is her new Whitelighter.

Bonus: Peter knows Elizabeth is a witch and neither of them know Neal is Elizabeth's Whitelighter.
Bonus2: They freak out when the Darklighter who killed Elizabeth's last Whitelighter comes after Neal. Neal gets grazed by the Darklighter arrow and vanquishes the Darklighter.
Bonus3: Phoebe, Paige, Piper and Leo find out Chris is still alive because Chris orbs home to get healed.
Bonus4: The White Collar Team, Peter and Elizabeth eventually finds out that Neal is Elizabeth's Whitelighter. Cue ribbing Neal about being an angel.

I suddenly wanna write a chuck/White Collar fanfic. apparently, I'm on the Neal is Bryce bandwagon. XD

yeah, researching CIA and FBI protocols here I come. Also, guns. And snipers. Why are my muses so active but so lazy? I just wanna finish a story before I start a new one, is that so much to ask?
